Job description:
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for key account service market analysis, catching marketing opportunity, completing service sales planning, establishing service sales target (order, must-win, profit) and strategy.
2. Collecting marketing information from key account customer, searching and developing opportunity, managing service sales project, and responsible for the completion of service sales target.
3. Responsible for providing service solution and quotation to key account customer. Responsible for the competitiveness, deliverability and profit of service solution and quotation with the support of each BU.
4. Responsible for key account customer service satisfaction, improving customer perception by establishing customer communication channel, pushing resolving delivery issues and managing customer expectation.
5. Responsible for managing key account customer’s service requirement, analyzing the service strategy, model and measurement of key competitors, organizing to establish overall service strategy for key customers, and pushing related departments to deploy the strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree or above of commercial or telecom major
- At least 5 years experience in telecom industry
- Capable of taking the initiative to guide customer and manage subordinates.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of service products
- Possess plenty of sales tactics knowledge and negotiation skills
- Possess customer-convinced professional competency and value-based marketing methodology
- Capable of handling customer complain and conflict
- Fluency in English.
