Customer Service Representative with French or German and English

Main responsibilities:
• Accept customer calls in French or German and English
• Identify and resolve customer problems or incident using the relevant technical knowledge via email, phone
• Proper and timely case escalation when needed related to exception situation
• Focus on customer expectation and satisfaction
• Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support
Requirements:
• Fluency in French or German and English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office + Internet)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong motivation and willingness to work in a team
