Our client is а leading international pharmaceutical company. They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their team as:
Qualified Person

The position:
• Controls all processes related to the import, storage and release of the pharmaceutical products;
• Verifies and controls the documents accompanying each imported batch;
• Releases by signing the batch release certificate of the imported medicinal products on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria according the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act;
• Maintains an archive of the all the documents and certificates accompanying imported batches;
• Takes all necessary measures to block and withdraw (recall) from the market the medicinal products that have shown lack of compliance with the requirements for quality, safety and efficacy;
• Sets up and implement relevant SOP, updates them if necessary and controls company compliance as a part of quality assurance system;
• Conducts personnel trainings on quality of the products, quality assurance and control;
• Acts as a back-up officer for drug safety and pharmacovigilance;
Requirements:
• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or biology;
• At least 2 years practical experience in pharmaceutical production and/or in performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of medicinal products and active substances;
• Strong ability to establish and follow up procedures and keep deadlines;
• Excellent knowledge of the legislative frame in respect to import, storage and release of pharmaceutical products;
• Excellent command of English language;
