Our client is а leading international company in the field of metal/steel production and sales. They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their team as:
Customer Care Agent
(Client Manager)
The main responsibilities will include:
- Providing clients with fast, detailed information about our residential estates;
- Assisting with problems affecting the property;
- Working accurate and with eye for detail;
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are recorded accurately;
- Maintaining and providing updated information concerning the different customer preferences;
- Responding to all incoming calls (e.g. change of account details, settlement quotes)
Requirements:
- Experience in the real estates business is a must (2 years minimum);
- Excellent skills for professional communication;
- Client focus attitude;
- Confidence to provide support to Customers & Clients;
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and great self-responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken;
- Good computer skills – MS Office, Internet;
- Driving license;
