Currently we are looking for Branch Manager for Sofia:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for one branch location
• Oversee all areas of the business
• Responsible for the sales, the budget and the delivery of the services
• Responsible for hiring, training and developing staff
• Focusing the staff on building productive candidates' and clients' relationships, to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that they lead.
• Focus on operations
EXPERIENCE
• An experienced manager with a directly related business background - must be professional staffing
• A demonstrable record of achievement both personally and through the team
• Experienced in running a business profit and loss
• Excellent people skills through the use of listening, influencing, negotiation and persuasive skills.
• A proven track record of business growth to inspire trust and credibility in the countries
