HUNGARIAN SPEAKING SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Purpose of the role:
- As part of the support team you will be responsible for analyzing and solving open cases/tickets taken out of company's logs as well as to support corporate clients mainly by mail.
Job requirements:
- Very good knowledge and/or professional experience in XML, JavaScript, Operational Systems and/or Database
- Excellent command of Hungarian language and good level of English
- Previous background is highly recommended
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in a highly complex IT environment.
