DATA MANAGEMENT EXPERT
Purpose of the role:
- Conducting the migration of data, services levels, routing rules, templates, and notification rules from one system to the other
- Being responsible for setting up Incident, Change, Problem, Change and Releasing Managment on SRA for the customer
- Acting as Team leader in data department and being responsible for mantain of specific technologies
- Being responsible for releasing of project tasks and their monitoring
- Participate in working with EMEA clients on data cleansing
- Data formatting from SDA and population to LDSS
- Participate in collecting of ESL and other data requiered for the migration.
The requirements for the position are:
- 5+ years experience in the IT аrеа
- Good knowledge in Oracle, ITIL V3 foundation, MS Office
- Understand of business requierments and managment of data handling
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Informatics or other related specialty
- Good command of ENGLISH language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to deal with problems
- Being self-critical and project management discipline
- Having strong analytic and communication skills.
