Technical Support Engineers
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing and solving complicated open cases/tickets taken out of company's logs.
Main requirements of the position:
- Previous working practice in technical and customer support
- Knowledge and/or experience in XML, JavaScript applications, Operational Systems or Database applications is highly recommended
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or any other related speciality
- Excellent command of English language - both written and verbal
- Very good analytical, problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
- Organized, team oriented person with very good supervision skills is required.
We will consider as an advantage knowledge in some of the following software management systems:
uCMDB, BAC, SM ,SA, OVO, NNM
