JUNIOR HR CONSULTANTS
Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Analyzing and creating job profiles;
*Application filtering, telephone pre-screening and conducting interviews;
*Managing the entire selection process from the beginning to the end;
*Day-to-day communication both with the candidates and clients of the company.
*Actively participate in marketing and HR strategy of the company in the region and city.
Required skills and qualifications:
*Excellent command of Bulgarian and English languages
*Bachelor degree or last year student in the University (Humanitarian profile)
*Interest to develop in human resources and recruitment field
*Loyalty, responsible attitude towards work, excellent communication skills
*Ability to meet deadlines and to work with minimum supervision.
Advantages:
