Our Client is a Regional company active in the heavy industry with large production.
Our Client is currently providing an opportunity for a creative thinker with strong character and pro-active approach, experienced in the HR field with proven track record to join their team as a:
HR MANAGER
ROLE:
•Manage and motivate employees for better work and good professional environment
•Prepare different training programs for professional development and assessments for the quality of work
•Plan and manage budget for the HR activities of the company
•Help the company to constantly attract talented people for different position within the company
•Handle payroll and administration issues plus all necessary co-ordination in order to assure a smooth and efficient working process (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).
•Monitor and alert the Regional HR Director to any variance between the targeted and actual salaries and headcount
•Develop and implement internal rules and regulations for newly created subsidiaries or procedures in the company
•Organize local Human Capital Development strategy and produce Group HR reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
REQUIREMENTS:
•University degree
•At least 5 years of professional experience as Human Resources Manager
•Proven ability to build strong working relationships with the employees in a multilevel organization
•Experience in developing specific motivational schemes and training programs for each employee according to their personal characteristics and potential for professional development
•Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thorough leadership
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Fluency in English and advanced PC literacy
