Join IBM’s GLOBAL DELIVERY CENTER (GDC) in Sofia at the position of
CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
(with FRENCH, GERMAN or ITALIAN)
Our client, IBM GDC in Sofia, is delivering complex services for one of IBM’s major clients. The center is outsourcing core back-office functions in areas such as Finance, Administration and Customer Support services.
If you
• have a high degree of FRENCH, GERMAN or ITALIAN language comprehension,

• have a passion for helping customers and providing them with specific expertise and leading edge customer solutions

The Role:
Joining IBM’s team at the position of Customer Solutions Representative you will assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries and:
• Answer telephone calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for customers
• Validate customer service entitlements
Provide hardware and software telephone support with a goal to meet set targets consistently
• Obtain accurate customers details and amend call-handling system when applicable
• Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams’ activities
• Ensure through team work that all service level agreements are met consistently
The Person:
A proactive individual who is able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills and:
• Fluent French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese and a working knowledge of English Language
• Technical background in IT
• Good analytical skills
• Communicating with accuracy and clarity in both verbal and written communications
• Ability to work well under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations
• Ability to listen actively and process the information
