JAVA STRUTS SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH FRENCH
The requirements for the position are:
o At least 1 year of professional experience with Java and SQL
o Experience in web based technologies
o Very good command of FRENCH language (both written and verbal)
o Good command of English language
o Experience in UNIX administration will be considered as an advantage
o Ability to work with and create technical documentation
Purpose of the role:
o Analysis of specialized technical documentation according to client's requirements
o Reading and interpreting application logs, code and source
o Participate in configuring, installing and supporting application
o Troubleshooting of problems in the software
o Being creative in finding innovative solutions
o Responsible for support and giving feedback to the clients via email/telephone
o Documenting the modification in the software in the technical and user documentation
