Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of the .NET framework and C#;
Working experience with WPF and/or Silverlight is a serious advantage;
Experience with UI development;
Good organizational skills;
Knowledgeable of OO Framework Design;
Has designed and delivered production grade software;
Windows Forms or ASP.Net component development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead the WPF/Silverlight Research and Development Team, including tasks distribution, coordination of other team members;
Design and develop new WPF and/or Silverlight components;
Learn new technologies and use best development practices;
Deliver great user experience.
