About the company :
Our client is one of the world's leading outsourcing companies, providing professional customer care to their clients all over the world. Currently their office in Sofia is expanding and they need a frinedly, dynamic and communicative person to join their team.
Your role:
Your role will be to provide professional support over the products of the company's clients via phone and email to German speaking customers.
Requirements:
Fluency in German a must;
Excellent communication skills and customer focus;
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills;
Technical background or related experience;
Good knowledge in MS Office;
Friendly personality;
Self motivation and pro-activity;
Good level of English.
Responsibilities:
Providing highest level of support via phone and email in German;
Handle to all related questions to user support and troubleshooting politelty and accurately;
Follow up customer requests and make sure that no customer is left without care and appropriate answers;
Responsible for effective communication and escalation of the customers requests.
