We are looking for: a proved HR professional to join the HR Business Partners Team of Coca-Cola Hellenic in order to further excel his/her competencies, while being able to work and learn from top performing managers and practices in FMCG business.
The role shall report to HR Business Partner Manager, having direct exposure and intense interaction with the Country HR Manager and senior managers in the organization.
The role’s portfolio would include:
- Daily implementation and supervision of performance management tools for a population of approximately 300 people;
- Co-creation and management of people development plans together with employee’s direct managers;
- Coordination and participation in the employees’ selection and recruitment process;
- Assisting the managers to implement effective employees’ engagement strategies and plans;
- Being in constant contact with our employees, knowing, understanding and acting on the cultural and organizational environment;
- Educating, training and consulting managers on HR processes, systems and practices;
- Leading challenging HR projects and participating in cross-departmental projects.
We are looking for clear evidences in the following areas:
- At least 3 years of HR experience at an international company, or big-, or small- sized Bulgarian company (above 250 people);
- Excellent knowledge of HR performance management tools – main focus on individual objectives setting and performance assessment, as well as interim forms of performance results tracking;
- Working with several management layers in an organization – from individual performer to managers of other managers;
- Record of consistently achieving above the standard targets;
- Creativity and innovation, combined with pro-activeness;
- Bright personality with great human touch and influence;
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication;
- Being based in Sofia but flexible to regularly travel and visit our business locations
