Area
The SAP Global Intellectual Property Group is a world-wide organization with offices in the United States, Germany, Israel,
India, China, and Bulgaria. It is responsible for the implementation of all Intellectual Property (IP) strategies to manage and
grow the IP portfolio of SAP, the protection of that portfolio in all third party and partner relationships, to provide advice on
IP issues in mergers and acquisitions efforts and to manage all IP litigation.
Responsibilities
- Supports the negotiation and administration of agreements
- Handles various inquiries for SAP process by working directly with business and development owners
- Manage the resolution of other requests as necessary in support of the Global IP Department and maintains documentation.
- Supports in-house attorney by facilitating the collection of information and coordinating the activities of the staff involved
- Participates in other IP Department projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Law
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Experience with document management software and excellent computer literacy
- Organization and communication skills
