Societe Generale Expressbank, a subsidiary of Societe Generale Group - one of the leading banks in the Euro Zone, with 30 million clients and more than 163 000 employees, is currently looking to employ a professional for the position of In-house lawyer, based in Varna HO.
Responsibilities:
• Perform the legal function of the Bank and the subsidiaries of SGEB group;
• Drafting loan and collateral documentation;
• Information on new legislation;
• Preparation of contract templates;
• Court representation in litigations (except recovery).
Requirements:
• Master degree in Law acquired in Bulgaria;
• Fluency in English, French is considered advantage;
• Computer literacy & skills for operation with office equipment;
• Previous experience in a credit institution is an advantage.
