Recruitment Analyst
/temporary for 6 months with option for a long term contract/
Scope of Role:
To provide the EMEA HR team with recruitment support for the current recruitment expansion:
The Recruitment Analyst will manage and facilitate the recruitment assignments for specific range of positions trough the Experian offices in EMEA region by:
• Supporting in developing national and international recruitment strategies and creating the sourcing strategies that will yield the right pool of candidates;
• Working with hiring managers to elaborate terms of reference for the positions to be posted;
• Creating and maintaining announcements of vacancies on website and other employment sites;
• Filing incoming resumes according to suitability and potential in organizational database;
• Reviewing and ranking potential candidates for suitability;
• Contacting potential candidates and scheduling interviews;
• Verifying employment history and checking references;
• Preparing the selection tests, questionnaires and ect. and leading the interviews;
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with recruitment agencies across EMEA;
• Updating new hires into HR system, personnel files, and staff board.
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience in an international recruiting environment at least 3 years;
• Bachelor’s degree required, in the areas of human resources, international affairs or related field;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Any additional languages skills is a benefit;
• Excellent written & verbal communications and computer literacy skills required;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tasks efficiently;
• Understanding of the whole recruitment process;
• Proactive approach and flexibility;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multi-stakeholders.
