Our Support Analysts require: • Fluent English (verbal and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Server • Active Directory Experience • Proficient in additional Microsoft applications (e.g.; SQL, Exchange, Office etc) Valuable assets or experience in, but not essential: • Microsoft MCSA or MCSE Networking • Backup systems and software e.g. Symantec Net Backup • Recognized Qualification in Microsoft Network Load Balancing / IIS 6.0 or later • Recognized Qualification in one of the following: HP EVA, EMC Clarion or Cisco Networking • Backup systems and software (e.g. Symantec Net Backup) • Advanced network configuration and troubleshooting knowledge • General Storage Area Network (SAN) Knowledge Understand of Command Prompt and the System Registry Servers, desktops and laptop hardware • Printers and networking equipment • Basic Hardware Skills (e.g. upgrade Ram, replace Hard Disk, etc.)
