WURTH INTERNATIONAL TRAINEE PROGRAM - Varna

The program runs up to 18 months in your home town and is tailored to suit your career aspirations and motivations in the Sales area. You will have an opportunity of an international and local training to ensure that you have a global view of the organisation. During the program you will be supported by line manager, coach and mentor. After you finish the program you will be in a position to take on a Management Position and carry on your accelerated career path.

We are looking for person who possesses:

- University degree in Business or other related.
- Fluent command of English and/or German.
- Abilities for work with numerical data.
- Analytical skills.
- Good communication and team spirit abilities.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
